Warning of Israel comes for the book of Ezekiel, when I first started reading this particular chapter i begin to become very frighten. Frighten on how God used Ezekiel the son of Buzi to go as a messenger to tell Israel how displeased he was with them. Ezekiel was used for God’s will just like many of us, they called him a prophet because God used him in such a mighty way.
Ezekiel 1:3,6,8 KJV In the book of Ezekiel he first starts with the vision of the four creatures, vision when he was by the river of Chebar Ezekiel, seen the heavens open and he saw visions of God. Ezekiel talked about how God came in with these four creatures. One looked like a man, one looked like a lion, one looked like an eagle and one looked like an ox they all had four faces, and everyone had four wings on both sides and also had wheels.
Warning against Israel
Ezekiel 3:18-19 KJV
God sent Ezekiel to warn Israel to stop living in iniquity ( sins) before destruction fall upon them. God already had warned Israel prior to Ezekiel fourth comings. Israel did not haearken to the voice of the lord. God sent Ezekiel a message after seven days to warn Israel and say” unto the wicked you will surely die if they did not turn from their wicked ways, but his blood will God require at his hand. If you warn the wicked and they shall not return from their wicked ways you will die in your iniquity and god will deliver his soul.”
Ezekiel 3:20-21 KJV God also says that if any men that is righteous and turns to commit iniquity he will lay a stumbling block before him and he will die. God has not given a warning that men or women will die in sin. All that the righteous man or women has done will not be remembered and god will require their blood at his hand. If you are righteous and sin not he or she will surely live because he or she was warned god has delivered your soul.
High places to be destroyed
Ezekiel 6:1-14 KJV
God sent the son of man to prophesy in the mountains, hills, rivers, valleys to let them know god was going to use his sword upon them and destroy their high places. Also the son of man was to inform them that god was going to desolate the alters, images and all that will be broken and cast down . Both men and women kill them before idols. Son of man said that god will lay dead carcases of children of Israel before their idols; and scatter bones around their alters. God continues to say he will make their cities full of waste, kill everything that’s filled with iniquity (sin) full of abomination. God was tired of Israel whorish hearts. God was very displeased ; Israel had chosen to worship other idols. God stated they would be killed because of their evil ways and when all this comes to past they will know that Lord God is GOD. They will know his name is every city there of that is Lord God and he shall receive the glory.
As I begin to read these chapters it reminds me of our current times here. God has given us wrning after warining but he said the end is not yest come.God had given Israel warning before destruction, however, Israel did not hearken to the message from Ezekiel which clearly came from god.
